With the long interval between ILRTs many plants are finding pipes, valves, mufflers, and many other items used in past tests have been lost, disposed of, or destroyed. This section of the ILRT.com web site is dedicated to collecting information on non-standard items available that may assist in getting an ILRT done with minimum hassle.

Peach Bottom has (2) small manifolds they use to bring air in for the ILRT. Should be a 4 and a 6 inch manifold as these are the line sizes they are connecting to. Might be both 4 inch with a reducer used for the 6 inch line. Each manifold has connections for up to three bull hoses but you will need to have your compressor supplier provide some Boss fittings to go onto the 3 inch pipe stubs.

8 Inch Manifold with 5 Hose Connections
Small manifold made up by Atlas Copco. Available for rent from NJ maybe elsewhere.
Atlas Copco has a pair of 25 foot long 6 inch diameter flex hoses made up for the IP3 test in 2005. Available for rent from the NJ depot.
12 Inch X 20 Foot Manifold - Typical 
This is Atlas Copco's 20 ft manifold and typically has (12) to (14) 3 inch connections. Please disregard the surrounding vegetation. This manifold is 12 inch ID. (George's notes: Note the "Boss" fittings on the 3 inch lines, these are what Atlas Copco and Aggreko 3 inch hoses mate with. The manifold pictured is under construction and will have a stand or leg arrangement to get them up off the ground.)
